I am a Red Hat employee and i often write about Software and solutions Red Hat might sell. All i write is written in best intend and with the mindset to provide help and useful information.
Nevertheless all text found here is my own personal opinion – it might be wrong. So there is no way to confront Red Hat or any other vendor with a “but Markus stated that” approach.
In no way what so ever the words written here will lead to a legal obligation or something you can really on. It might even be that official support organisation (e.g from Red Hat) state that the suggestions i made are wrong / not supported or alike.
If you experience such a mismatch or have any other concern, please let me know or add a comment, so i can correct my article or add your experience to it.
